  • I called Warren's company this morning to give them a courtesy call so that they wouldn't send out the estimator. The lady said well that is kind of last minute, he could be standing outside your door. I tried to explain well this was the earliest I could call, she then said thanks and hung up in my face. I felt very disrespected and that it was very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I decided to call back and she didn't answer the phone professionally she just said hello ( as if she knew it was me again) I told her that I didn't appreciate getting hanged up on and as I was about to hang up I heard her say I don't care and she would've carried on but at that point I had already hung up. It starts with customer service, and they suck.
