  • BUYER BEWARE! Gabriel Razo (con man) came out to look at my dryer. He tried to get me to pay him $60 for a service call when his add says $25. Gabriel wasn't able to explain the sudden increase in price and was obviously using the old bait and switch technique. Gabriel Razo tried to sell me a part for $120 plus $60 for installation on a part that DID NOT need to be replaced. Gabriel called me back and left me a vmail saying that he felt sorry for me and he is a man of God. I'm not sure why he felt the need to do that. I've never, as a consumer, been retaliated against for being a savvy consumer. I would not recommend this con man for any repairs what so ever. BUYER BEWARE!
