rev:text	Worst service ever. Avoid the headache and take your car somewhere else. They don't even deserve a star. I took my vehicle in at 11:00am to get a HOOD REALSE CABLE fixed. I already had ordered the part online but was told by a representative that they would provide me the part, I didn't need mine. When I arrive the lady I spoke to was Kadiesha, she seemed sweet at first but it was all just a front. I told her what I was there for and I asked her if an alignment would be covered under my warranty. Aka: the "Maxcare" service. She then took it from there showing me paperwork I did not understand with a price I was not quoted over the phone of $80.00. I then told her multiple times, "what is this price, I was quoted $50.00 over the phone & that is what my deductible is" she then pointed to it and said "Hunny don't pay attention to that, don't worry about it, I will take care of it" so I signed, not realizing what I was in for. She then told me that my car was going to take around 3 hours but she would try to get me in and out. So I took their shuttle offered by her and went home and was told they would come pick me back up. They didn't come get me I had to call a cab. At least they paid for the cab. When I got there I was demanded to pay $80 and NO WORK WAS DONE ON MY CAR AFTER 6 HOURS!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DONT DO IT!! TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. Now I'm out $80 and still have to go somewhere else and spend around $100 to get the hood release cable fixed on my vehicle. Ridiculous the way this establishment does business.
