The first thing I noticed when I got to my room was that it wasn't cleaned very well after the last guest. I wasn't inspecting the room or looking for issues, however they kept jumping out at me. The carpets had random tiny debris all over, as if they hadn't been vacuumed after the last guest left. The folded towels in the bathroom had long dark hairs imbedded into the white towels, so very noticeable. The tile flooring in the bathroom area was noticeably covered in long dark hair. These were the things I noticed within the 5 minutes of being there. Throughout my 3 day stay, I continued to be disappointed by the cleanliness.
My key cards continued to give me issues and they were not very accommodating or apologetic about it. Each day I had to go to the front desk to have my key remade. Not the biggest deal, but frustrating to say the least.
The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I can remember ever sleeping on.
There's very limited television. Many of the very basic Chanel's can't be watched because they keep scrambling. Also not the end of the world but very frustrating.
Breakfast was a joke.
The rooms look nice. It's nice to have a kitchen. I enjoyed using the pool and basketball hoop. The location is very convenient to lots of things. Staff was friendly enough.
I will happily stay at another Residence Inn in the future, but not this location. I can't get over the cleanliness or lack thereof.
