  • Seriously late updating this. All & all, they made it right & were very accommodating to correct the issue asap with no inconvenience whatsoever. Stephen is absolutely fabulous & I was in over the weekend for another color session. I had booked a cut & color & requested they alot more than enough time to accomplish both requests. Knowing how my hair is & that I told the girl at the front desk I wanted my entire head done but not exactly sure how it would be done: lifted, toned, olaplexed, & cut...I was disappointed to learn no cut for me...even though I booked it along with the color. When I checked out I was asked when I wanted to reschedule the cut for. I asked how much would it be since they/she didn't schedule me correctly to begin with? Full price, instead of it being discounted with the color service. I reminded them I booked a color & cut together, why am I penalized for running out of time and having to come back & pay full price for something because they didn't schedule me correctly as I asked them to weeks before? No response. I declined to reschedule my cut for now, even though it desperately needs it. Stephen did a fab job with my color & I absolutely love it. It's darker than I expected, but it works. Really well. I trust him with my hair. He gave me everything I wanted...but didn't know I wanted until I saw the results. My rating is based upon my experience with him & a fab job more than well done. He's the guy I would say, just do something to it, not worry about the results and love it later.
