Living in Newport Beach before moving to Scottsdale we frequented Wildfish on a weekly basis. The crab cakes are my favorite. Moving from FL I am VERY particular & these are Devine !! Therefore we were excited to try the Scottsdale location. As it turned out to be restaurant week ( we had no clue ) the bar tender raves about their filets. I would normally never order meat at Wildfish. Firstly I am not a huge meat eater & it has to be fabulous & I love fish & seafood. Which unfortunately is hard to find here. BUT I ordered the restaurant week dinner because it was such a great daily. Originally I ordered the first sh special & it was really DRY. YUCK. The manager came over & switched it out for a filet. I was not expecting anything great & already regretting I didn't order the crab cakes. To my delight the filet was fabulous !! As well as the scalloped potatoes. !! Flaming bananas foster was beyond great . I would never hesitate to order a filet again from here. Cheers to this great restaurant!! :)
