| - I have been saying for a few years that Charlotte needed a KBBQ place. Finally, we have one. Everything about my dinner here was good. We got there at 5-515 on a Friday. They will not seat you until everyone in your party arrives. We were waiting on our third person and finally got seated at 530. I recommend going early to catch the first seating or expect a wait. Our server, Alex, was quick to greet us and take our drink orders. She also took our first orders of meet. Somewhere in the she also explained the cooking method and the sides they bring. It's all you can eat with a time limit of 2 hrs. Let's just say, we ate a lot. They will bring whatever you ask for, honestly at one point, I think I had to tap out. The manager come by several times, he even helped cook for us a few times and provided additional instruction. His wife, the owner, also stopped by the table to say hello. They have soju, a variety of flavors which while we didn't try them all, we did several bottles. They are small and like in S. Korea, it's more of shot type thing. All in all, we were there right at 2 hrs, although we stopped eating at probably 1.5 hrs. Overall, based on my handful of KBBQ experiences both in the states and in S. Korea, I'd say they do a great job. This concept is great for groups too. It's an experience.
I definitely recommend Let's Meat! I give the owners props for bringing something totally different to Charlotte. A BIG THANK YOU!
