  • I can honestly say I can only give this place one stars. I purchased an unlimited pass last year..within a year I had 4 different waxers. If I would've known I would have never bought it because it is an inconvenience when you think your scheduled for the same person because it is what it was set for and then at the time of the appointment it's someone else. There is a red haired female and an African American female who works at the front desk who are completely rude. They have no class what so ever. The red hair female is allegedly the "manager" but who ever gave her that title should be fired with her. They do not have any customer service skills nor any professionalism. I would never recommend this specific location to anyone. No refund was given because they stated they do not do such a thing.
