| - This is another drive thru review. 99% of the time I'm only using the drive thru so I can't really comment on the inside.
For one the drive thru entrance isn't easy to get too. No matter what side you come in from, you are going to have to make an abrupt 90° turn like you are riding a Tron Light Cycle. If you value your rims, be extra cautious. Again this isn't a knock on Dunkins, they just are located poorly to get into the drive thru.
I usually visit the drive thru right around 6am, mostly week days. I almost always order a Large Dunk-a-chino. Sometimes some munchkins or just those plain doughnuts. I do find it amusing that sometimes, when it's like 32° out they ask "do you want that iced or hot?" I'm sure that's just good customer service but I want to say "dude, it's near freezing out here". All in all this place is fast, and the employees are pretty good, never have had a messed up order yet. I do notice the consistency of the Dunk-a-chino changes almost daily. Some days is more coffee, some more chocolate. Not really bad, you just have to be open-minded.
Only real complaint is their drive thru speaker is getting worse and worse. I can't hear the person and I'm yelling and repeating it over and over. Miraculously they are still getting the order right, but there is that heated moment of yelling and repeating. Please guys, just fix/upgrade the speaker.
