If I could rate a negative star rating I would. I have been going to Green Valley for over 10 years. I am a local. On September 14th we went to go get something to eat at the buffet during the breakfast time around 9 a.m. . We were seated and our server was really nice and great. We went to get our food from the buffet the selection was decent but nothing to Rave about. I went to get a bagel to toast and low and behold I found four Bagles that had mold and things growing off of it meaning they've been sitting in their back bakery storage facility for quite some time. I was Furious not because of the price but because the lack of concern that this company has for their consumers. I asked to speak to the manager on duty I wanted the food and beverage manager his name was Jeff I showed him what I found and I wanted an explanation as to why his associates failed to do their job correctly meaning to protect the consumer and spoiled rotten food. He said he couldn't give me an answer he didn't know why. He gave me an excuse that one of his associates who was putting out the food didn't have her glasses on and that's why there was moldy Bagels. Really.!?!?# Are you kidding me ?!? That was a joke .Be very very very careful when you eat there and inspect the food. Just because it looks fresh doesn't mean it is. Also make sure that if you do go to the breakfast time inspect all the bread that they have laid out and all the food because you don't know how long it's been sitting there and you don't know if it's fresh I will never step foot back in there again.
