A great place to go for a stroll especially with the craze that was here with regards to the cherry blossoms. We did come a bit late into the blossom season as we were in the tail end of the season and hence, only saw 20-30% of the blooms left, but it was still a nice experience and a great walk. A lot of people were still in the mindset of photo taking and we indulged as well as this park is probably one of the nicest parks that I have personally seen within the Toronto Area.
We came during a weekday, as well as during normal work hours, therefore, the crowd was kept to a minimum and the weather was great all around. We walked around an hour and a bit and there were still places that we probably missed. Therefore, it is not a bad place to spend a couple of hours enjoying the sights as well as making a tour around the place to enjoy the nature and the ambiance that it provides.
Definitely will make our way back again to enjoy the full bloom of the cherry blossoms when it comes to Toronto next year!
