Honestly, the WORST service I have ever experienced with BofA. There was only one teller available at 1PM on a Tuesday, no one was available in their offices, and a line of 10 people waiting. A second teller arrived from the back room and simply stood around, without opening another station (as more customers trickled in). The customer service was horrendous, not even a simple "we'll be with you shortly" or an "Thank you for waiting". This isn't the first time I've experienced horrible service at this location, but it truly made me think about closing my accounts with BofA.
