  • Jim was great. We were having issues with our dryer being inefficient and were also wanting with our dryer vent system assessed (we are new homeowners so are still learning!). Jim was very quick to respond and came out the same day! He was also on-time and gave me a set time vs. some companies that give a 3-4 hour window. He checked everything out, explained everything, and cleaned our dryer vent. Price was reasonable and cleaning took about 1 hour to complete. He also provided us with stats on the air flow MPH and air temperature pre and post-cleaning. It was neat to hear and be able to see how much of a difference the cleaning truly made!
