  • Terrible place!!!! Very unprofessional staff!!! I was a new patient and was never seen by the physician. I made an appointment for a meet and greet. I waited for about an 1.5 hours. The front office staff went home because it was late. I was finally able to get the attention of the back-office staff to inquire about when I would be seen. They couldn't give me a time on how much longer it would take so I had to leave and pick up my daughter. They collected my copay and refused to give it back. I wrote a letter to the office manager explaining the situation and they still refused to give me a refund, saying I was technically a no show. In addition, one of the unprofessional male medical assistants was speaking to the front office person (before she left) telling her how cute the last patient was and how he would like to date him. He ran out after the patient and came back in with more crude comments about him. I would think twice about choosing this clinic. Who knows what they will say behind your back.
