  • We've used Shaggy's several times and always been really happy with the owner David's work. In fact, the last time we called up Shaggy's was when we needed some SERIOUS help with some drama left by some of our renters and what appeared to be a zoo of animals. Talk about a hot mess... Anyway, David came in and worked really incredibly hard to get the stank out of the house, and the end result was nothing shy of a miracle. The carpets looked amazing. David was very easy to work with and a super nice guy. It's obvious he really cares about his customers, because he went the extra mile to help me with this hot mess I had on my hands. :) Yay! He really saved us a lot of money by cleaning up this situation. He was on time and very impressive. We will always call on Shaggy's when we need our carpets cleaned. David is GREAT! Five stars all the way.
