  • Brought my Optima in for it's annual service and traded it in for a Sportage. What can I say about the Sportage? It's excellent AWD in the snow and this southern gal loves the way the car handles -- much better choice than the Optima, which is sporty but doesn't do well in the snow. Staff in the service department are very cordial and have answered all of our questions. On the last visit, which was the first oil change, I FINALLY got my car washed! That should be part of the service always!
