  • Jeremy was very nice and polite. As far as the service, we are very disappointed. We were under the impression that we would receive duct vacuuming with the hepa system shown in the pictures. We received a "blow and go" service were the dust was blown through the ducts and into the air handlers ( one inside our house). I have since read that I should have checked credentials and also asked about the equipment being used and will do that in the future. I am concerned that my house is more dusty and dirty than it was prior to the "cleaning". I would recommend that customers do research and discuss cleaning methods prior to allowing this service.
