  • Dr. Wen is the only Doctor that listens to you as a person, not just as a patient. He makes sure to understand you thoroughly in order to treat you correctly and follows up with you at that! He remembers your family and asks how they are, and doesn't do anything "half-way". If you ever wait a little too long in the waiting area, just try and be patient. It's because he's taking his time and not rushing with the person ahead to ensure he " gets it right". In my book, that's worth it these days.
