I just walked in off the street because I've always been curious about these products. So with coffee in hand while strolling the neighbourhood, I decided to pop in.
I was served by a very knowledgable student who went over every aspect of the bike I was interested in, and he pulled it out to allow me to get a feel for it.
Needless to say - I bought one the next day. The owner (Vince) was the only one there. He did the PDI on the bike and rushed to get me and the bike out the door. Sadly the pedals were never set right and the lock on the auxiliary battery door didn't work. When I phoned to inquire - he wanted to charge me for a new door and to fix the pedals.
Now I love my Fury (pictured below). I can ride to Oakville and back on one charge. I can zip over to Sobeys or boogie down to the lakefront for a nice sunny afternoon. It handles incredibly well, looks good, and costs me about $5 a week in electricity. No license - no insurance.
So the product is great, but I'll never do business here again because of the terrible lack in after sales service.
