  • Paid a step price for a room with a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is much smaller than I expected. Bedside lamp doesn't work. There are red stain marks on the bed sheet. Called guest services to have them fix the lamp and put on clean sheets. They brought us a lightbulb and bed sheets to put on ourselves. For the price i paid I kind of expect them to be making the bed for me. The lightbulb isn't even the problem with the lamp.
