| - L'epid'or is a small little bakery just a couple stores away from the Greenland Supermarket on Spring Mountain and Rainbow.
The customer service wasn't really there because the lady at the bakery barely said anything. No eye contact, nothing. I don't know if they're ever that busy, but I can't see how they interact with their customers now will build customer loyalty in the future. Luckily, I fell in love with their mocha rolls. Which, for the mean time, will have me return for more.
The mocha roll has a subtle mocha taste, but you could definitely tell that it tastes like mocha. I actually was pleasantly surprised at how this roll tasted! I think it would be great as a quick morning snack or something to pair with your coffee. The filling inside has the taste and consistency of whipped butter. Thin slices of almonds are baked into the bread of this delicious, light roll.
The cherry roll cake slice was a bit dry for my taste, but the sweet filling made up for it. VERY subtle cherry taste, not strong at all but the sweet filling evens the pastry out with the faint cherry flavor, I guess.
They also had loaves of bread if you want something non-sweet.
Overall, this bakery had a small selection of goods to offer. The only thing I saw that was worth the trip here was the mocha roll. It seriously is the best snack (especially for you coffee lovers out there)!
They also have a kiosk area inside the Greenland Supermarket.
