  • I was recently in the market for a new bike and had been looking at MEC, The Bike Shop, Ridley's, and eventually Bow Cycle. Bow Cycle had the bike I settled on, so it made sense for me to purchase from them. I couldn't buy the bike on the first trip, so I came back a week later and tracked down the sales rep who had helped me. It was a busy Friday afternoon so I could understand a little delay, but I literally waited for two hours while the rep ran around and helped his other customers. He provided thorough service and was very knowledgeable, but it was a crazy long wait.
