Well... Where do I start. I travel for work, and I am a LOYAL National Car Rental customer. I tried to reserve a last minute car from them, but they said that no cars were available. The ONLY rental company that showed available cars was "Advantage" Rent a Car. I made a reservation. The next day, I arrive at the rental car terminal. I WAIT 20 minutes at the line at the counter. And once I finally made it to the counter, the gentleman tells me that there are NO VEHICLES AVAILABLE, and that I would be waiting up to an HOUR for an available car. The ONLY reason I made this reservation was because they said they HAD CARS AVAILABLE. I decided to leave the counter, and just walked over to National Car Rentals, and within 5 minutes, I was driving away in an executive car.
I will NEVER attempt to give my business to "Advantage Rent a Car" again. OR rentalcars.com. Why would you say that there are cars available, when THERE ARE NOT. I rent a car just about every week. And I will continue to stay loyal to National Car Rentals.
