  • The amenities are great, honor system store , nice rooms , but at check in my credit card only needed my birth certificate having recently lost my wallet. But getting and extra day after a week paid. The birth certificate was not valid ID. My room had no working AC or heat. But being December in Phoenix, doable but stuffy or chilly at times. Last night there. Shower won't shut off ,nothing can be done. I must move to another room. With a weeks worth of unpacked things to quickly move late at night. Inconvenience without any offer offer of compensation
