  • Do not buy their furniture. After only 15 months of use, the deck on our sofa has separated from the fabric. The couch now sags and we are being told it is "normal wear". It is just me and my husband using the sofa and love seat. There is no problem with the love seat, nor the recliner. We have had many Lazy Boy pieces in the past and this has never happened. Now they want to charge us $60/hr to repair a manufacturing defect. Contacted the salesman, Brian, to help and he finally says he can't help. EXTREMELY disappointed. I cannot recommend this furniture anymore.
