  • I returned from vacation the day after Christmas to find my house freezing cold. No heat from the vents at all, the house at 55 degrees, and a sub-30 degree night ahead. I found this company on Yelp and called them at about 8pm expecting to setup an appointment for the next day, at best. Instead, they told me that they would be at my house within an hour and to diagnose the problem and fix it if they could. By the way, the diagnosis is free! Tim and his associate arrived in about 40 minutes. The very first thing they did was put on their boot covers rather than track through the house in their shoes. Clean, courteous, professional. They immediately got up into the attic to work on the furnace and found the issue to be condensation and debris in the combustion air blower and pressure switch. They drained the condensation and had the debris cleaned out within an hour. The heat was back on! There's nothing bad I can say about the experience. They responded quickly, were clean and professional, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly at a very reasonable price, especially given the circumstances. They were great in a pinch and I'd recommend them to anyone.
