  • Check your "Venti" hot drinks before leaving the drive thru. Other wise you'll end up with a coffee that's not even filled. When I got home I opened my coffee cup to realize that it looked like they had just dumped a "grande" sized drink into my "Venti" cup. But still charged me the price of a "Venti" drink. And I never asked for any "room" in my coffee. I didn't even take one sip of this coffee before getting home and it looks like a someone had already took a huge gulp out of it.
