  • This rating is for the sub I got today, ONLY. A coworker suggested that I try the subs at this particular HT. Being today is the 4.99 day for subs I decided to try one on my coworkers word. I order the sub about 10:45am and plugged in a 12:00 noon pick up time. At 11:20 I received a text message from HT saying my sub was completed. I immediately called and expressed concern that I specifically ordered the sub for a 12:00 noon pick up so it will not sit and get soggy. The lady I spoke with ensured me that another sub would be made to avoid it being soggy. She explained it was made early because of the lunch rush. My co worker went to get the subs and upon her return she said they gave you the same sub! I looked at the tag and sure enough it was the same sub made at 11:05am. When I opened the sub it was very soggy. It was so soggy it leaked through the bag. The lettuce looked like wet paper towels. I think if it would have been made again like I was told I think it would have been pretty good. This sub gets a big thumbs down. I will probably try another sub but I will definitely wait until I'm in the store to do it.
