  • How sad is east side of Cleveland? Even car wash places are a ripoff. The guys at the entrance said if I tip them directly, then they'll do a great job vacuuming and wiping down all the leather seats, door panels, and dashboard. Well, I forked over a 10 cuz my two preschool kids like to spill drinks. The exterior was washed well, but nothing inside was cleaned up. Sure the floor mats were cleaned up, but not for $10 extra bucks!
