  • My son attended Tutor Time and our experience was terrible. The "teacher" was abusive toward the children. She would scream in their faces over the smallest things and she got physical with them. She shoved my son who was 4 at the time down, she yanked him down into a chair so hard he had bruises and she did other similar things to other children. When I brought this to the attention of the director I was told she would handle it, nothing was done. It continued so I brought it to the director's attention a second time(this was within less than a week) she again did nothing. So I went over her head and called corporate. They also did nothing, this "teacher" did not even get talked to about her inappropriate behavior. I pulled my son out immediately after this. No child should be treated the way they were allowing this woman to treat them.
