  • Mary in Customer Service totally impressed me today preventing a catastrophe when our upright freezer quit overnight. She helped with purchasing a replacement freezer that was in stock with assistance from Lowe's online brands & model numbers. She also processed same day delivery which I needed but was doubtful of achieving. All this done by 9 am without leaving home. Scott, who delivered upright freezer, was excellent. Great attitude and work ethic. Many thanks to Lowe's and their staff.
