  • This store needs a lot of help. I encourage the district manager to help these ladies in customer service. I was never once greeted in fact they stared at me and not one hello. I tried clothes on and came back out to get some other clothes the lady went in the room and took the clothes out never once asking if I needed help if I was going to purchase them just took them out and put them back. At that point I was not going to purchase from this store. I have a credit card with lane Bryant that with a big limit and did not want $1 to go to this location. I had to ask a question which I dreaded and the lady answered. Another lady raked in and they said hello to her. What's up????? By the way it was April 3 at 12oclock if upper management wants to review this.
