  • Michael came out to give us an estimate and was ready to get the work started. However we realized at the last minute that our home warranty was still under coverage and I ran out to ask him to stop. He was so understanding and was not upset at all. I would highly recommend this company. After reading all the previous reviews, you can see they have great customer Updated review: as soon as Michael left, I got on the phone w our home warranty.. they asked all these detailed questions, but the one question that would have saved everyone's time was where the leak occurred. Mine was out front, and therefore "not within the foundation of the house itself" and therefore not covered. Anyway, my husband called Michael again, and before I knew it, he was done with the repairs!!! If this was not awesome service, I don't know what is! Highly recommended.
