  • I saw Elena for an annual exam at the beginning of the year. I've been a bit leery of continuing care with this office due to some negative reviews I've read and previous first-hand experience with unfriendly front office staff during my previous visits. I discussed this with Elena and I now understand that the office has a new manager. I want to share that I had a very positive experience. The office called me with blood work and imaging results very promptly and the billing personnel (Katrina) was friendly and very prompt addressing my billing questions. Elena is extremely personable and professional and discussed all of my concerns during my exam. Overall extremely positive experience with this office so far in 2018.
