  • I'm really not seeing the hatred of this place that so many others have. I got an excellent rate at Harrah's while staying in Vegas for a combination of business and pleasure. Some people have complained about the early check-in fee. Truth be told, $30 is a bit pricey. But I'd rather have that option than be told that you can't check in early. I've never had a better experience with staff than here. Everyone is genuinely interested in helping you, whether it's the staff at the hotel's in-house convenience store or Kenny from maintenance who came up on a Sunday morning to fix a clogged drain and didn't leave until it was totally fixed AND then changed some air conditioning settings to make the room more comfortable. The buffet excels at delivering comfort food and the valet parking moves as quickly as I've seen anyplace. The only negatives that I'd mention are the lack of Coke products and the priciness that can add up on food. The best advice that I can give is to join their Total Rewards club as they give a slight discount on most food products for Total Rewards members.
