  • There is nothing fancy about this place, including the food. Though I am not an expert of Japanese food, I do have taste buds and I didn't find the food here to be any better than the food I have had at other Japanese restaurants. And for the prices they charged, they can definitely improve the decor and at least make you feel like you are eating at a more upscale restaurant. And expect the prices to be high for the small portions. Some of the fish dishes were pretty good. I did take a taste of some duck, which I had never had before but will never have again. Even my friend, who is Japanese, said it was too chewy. I will say that the waitresses were very knowledgeable about the food. And though everyone was very nice, I can guarantee that I will not be returning.
