  • Thank goodness for their pricing because their customer service and knowledge is the most lacking in the industry! The older woman that sits at the front desk is rude, contrite and a generally rude individual to have to encounter and then when you go back to see products it's like you're hanging out with a bunch of ignorant hoodlums. Great prices and product, but lousy customer service and education. Ugh!
