| - This review is in between.. first I have never paid $85 for a deluxe pedicure (says $45 on menu) before especially one that I was not happy with.... I read the review with Miranda being rude, she was very nice to me and tried to fix my unhappy color.
I'll take part of the blame, I was hoping for a French pedicure but my nail beds wouldn't allow it, my other place could make it happen with a bit of acrylic to hide the discoloration. My nail tech was pushing the white rockstar ( I assume was another $30 charge because it was gel) and said putting the white underneath would look good, I took the advise and it turned out like I had polished my nails with white out, so I asked to have it removed, they were going to charge me another $20 to change the color so I said I would just do it at home...
And apparently they charge to remove a color when not happy I am assuming that is the other $10 charge.
They wanted to make me happy with a color so I let them buy imagine my shock when I paid a bill that was $85, I even gave a $15 tip, because I felt so bad about the redo and my feet had a rash and a few cuts... the worse was this morning when I got in the shower... so painful!!
If you have sensitive feet this isn't the place for you( I DO NOT have sensitive feet and my feet were burning right away from the first scrub or lotion she used, also watch out for the up charge on your color. I would never pay that much money for a pedicure that I wasn't happy with but felt I had no other choice, but I can advise people what they are walking into. Nice enough service, hopefully my feet will heal before I hit the beach in a couple days....
