I had my brakes serviced there a month ago and had to bring my car back in because the brakes wouldn't stop squeaking after the service.
Squeaks happen sometimes during routine brake work but here is why I won't take my car back - both times, the shop did not put the valve caps back on my tires after airing them up. While this is a small item (incredibly irritating nonetheless), it demonstrates to me a lack of attention to detail. If you can't expect them to simply replace a cap, what do you think will happen when asking them to do major work?
