  • Decided to upgrade my son to big boy furniture and get rid of crib and changing table. Went into Big's with a picture off the Internet of the furniture I wanted for my sons room. Right as I walked in I was greeted by a sales person named Aymee. She sat with me patiently and took her time to help me find what I wanted. She found me the exact bed and dresser that was in the picture and the exact color that I wanted. Although it wasn't in stock she ordered it for me same day and it was delivered to my house the very next day. Delivery was smooth and they put the bed and dresser together in my sons room leaving me with no hassles to build anything. Overall I had a great experience and I'm very happy with my sons furniture as is he. I will definitely be a returning customer and I would probably ask to be helped by Aymee as her customer service skills were incredible.
