  • I took in a copy job on Wednesday and the clerk who received it told me it would cost about $58.00. It was ready four hours later than promised on Friday, and the bill was $220.00. They made no claim there was anything about the job that was not clear to them, the clerk who received it apparently just made a mistake. OK, people made mistakes. But what infuriated me was the total indifference of the person taking my money to their mistake. It made clear to me the shop knows nothing about good customer relations. I will not go back.
