  • Disappointed. I was there for a business dinner last week and had a good, although not inspired, meal. Our service was terrible. It took forever to get a first round of drinks. At the end of dinner we waited nearly 20 minutes to have them take my CC and pay the bill. Embarrassing experience. Worst service I've had in Charlotte.
