  • Everyone at this location were very helpful with our 1st purchase for a pop up camper went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything before leaving the parking lot Within the 1st 9 months we had to have all of the canvas replaced the unfortunate thing was that we had to leave the camper at the dealership for almost 2 months while the manufacturer made new canvases and ship them to the dealership to install. Mary Ellen from the service department was very helpful trying to get the company to move a little bit faster and getting the replacement canvas to them so we could get back on the road unfortunately Forest River the manufacturer of the Popup had to have the canvass sent back to them first to be examined before they could send out new canvases they are made per order and unfortunate thing was that the winch which raises up and lower the camper also became defected again Mary Ellen got right on it because it could not send the canvas parts back to the manufacturer until they had the winch replaced under warranty I would highly recommend for a first time buyer to go to little dealer little prices on Indian School Road and I-17. Also Steve are salesperson was very helpful and making sure that everything was done right the first time The one thing that is incorrect is the website shows open Monday through Sunday which is not true they are only open Tuesday through Saturday closed Sunday and Monday
