  • Working in customer service myself I understand the difference between good and bad service. The gentleman who helped us behind the counter at about 1 in the morning last night was by far the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Not only did he ask me and my girlfriend what we wanted but he suggested new things and was so polite about everything that we asked. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and because of that I'll be coming back on a regular basis now just because of the customer service. The food itself was excellent and very cheap for the quality. Great food and a fantastic customer service experience. Italian hoagie with feta and olives is very good. When I tipped him he thought it was too much to tip, that is how nice this gentleman was. New favorite spot now.
