  • This Tim Hortons is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. They never smile, when you pull up to the window they look at you and usually don't even say anything. I say thank you every time I'm there and they just look away. Never once has anyone said you're welcome. I get it, it's busy but what happened to common courtesy?
