I really liked the space, decor and the concept. Our waiter was very helpful and knowledgable. We started with the roasted baby root vegetables with fried oysters and then had the NC Trout and loved it. Another person had the duck entree and said it was good but felt it needed something more on the plate. Ended with delicious creme brulee. Very pleasant experience. One gripe: our reservation was at 6:00pm and we were told about a "lamb two ways" special. When we ordered it (before 6:30) the waiter came back a few minutes later and said they had run out! Really?!? Be warned: some of the entrees are very expensive and the portions are reasonable, but not huge. It was delicious though, so I would definitely recommend.
