  • I have lived here for a year and a half now. The first 6 months was ok, had a cockroach problem and my ac went out one time. Pretty typical apartment living issues I'd say. The front office has been quick to take care of my issues and the maintenance team always shows up in a timely manner. I wound up getting the roaches taken care of and signed another year and we will likely sign again if we aren't in the position to buy a house yet.
