  • He are the real reviews of this location! Problems galore. Need to READ THE 1 STAR RATINGS BELOW. Also ran into the individual named "Alex" claiming to be "the" store manager but actually occupies a different position. However could not have been ruder or more unhelpful. Mocked me in front of other customers. Decided to use his higher education he "boasted" about to belittle and stonewall me instead of find a solution to my issue or simply be nice and accommodating. Even reminded him that people review online now yet he could not have cared less. Apparently his education didn't cover this important area of customer service. As a result this has single handedly driven numerous customers to shop elsewhere to the tune of possibly tens of thousands in losses (see below). Don't know how many more complaints this location can handle or the management no matter who they are that upsets home owners in the area or drives them away. Please CONTACT upper management, E-MAIL corporate and FILE or REVIEW with the Better Business Bureau so things will improve here.
