  • This experience was a huge disappointment. It started off well when I easily made an appointment and was seated quickly at a pedicure seat. However, 50 minutes later, I was STILL waiting for my old gel nail polish to be removed. Part of the reason I find this service worth the money is because it is relaxing. Unfortunately, I was unable to soak my feet at all (which would have aided exfoliation). It was clear that I was forgotten and it was difficult to get anyone's attention. My pedicure didn't begin until AFTER my friend's gel manicure was complete. Once the 25 minute service began, it was clearly rushed. The polish edges look sloppy. Shortly before I left, I was offered a glass of wine, but it would have been nicer if it was offered upon arrival to allow time for safe consumption. No discount was offered. I will not return.
