| - Saturday ,September 10, 2016 , made an appointment for my baby Shyloh to get grooming, I had errands so my parents went and took him for me ,the appointment was at noon, when they got to the grooming salon a guy name Cris was at the counter and seemed irritated , my parents then asked Cris since they are busy if they have any appointment for later the day , while my parents was talking to Chris he replied NO turned his back from my parents and walked away. My mom was so upset , after dropping Shiloh , my mom started crying , feeling disrespect. When they picked up Shiloh seven hrs later , his face was uneven groomed ,nails where not done. I called the next day and spoke with a lady named Sandy , informed her what had transpired and stated , will have my store manager David call you or I will call you at the end of a business day. The next day , I got a voice massage from a guy name Dave called him as soon as I got the message and haven't heard back since yesterday... So much for all the good customers services. I just wanted to know who do I need to talk to to get my voice be heard ??
